A message to our customers

As the news reports of Covid-19 continue to develop day by day, we wanted to assure you, that the welfare of our customers and the staff throughout our supply chain is important to us.

This is not an easy time for any business or individual and our thoughts are with all those that have been affected by this unprecedented event.  

Ethan Mason is open for business, our logistics network is operating as normal and we have very good stocks here in the UK. We are contactable by email, telephone and via our social media networks, and we will endeavour to get back to our customers as quickly as we can. Our sample service is still in operation, our website has an array of information, and there is also the use of our free Virtual Paver tool. 

We are in close contact with all of our stockists and are adhering to the guidance that they have put in place, in order to support their customers and staff. 

We will remain in close communication with our suppliers, who are also taking steps to ensure their businesses are following the rules and guidance given to them by their governments. Production is continuing and stock is still being shipped from both our suppliers.
